Graham Crackers

Inspired by a homemade graham cracker recipe I saw on Edible Perspective, I attempted Ashley’s take on this classic cookie.  These are intense.  The combination of cinnamon, nutmeg and whole wheat flour gives them a very earthy flavor.  They didn’t remind me of traditional graham crackers but they are a unique, crunchy, crispy treat if you like spice.

  1. Aw, I hope you liked them! If you didn’t use whole wheat pastry flour, it makes a big difference. I also have recipes for chocolate and cinnamon honey grahams which aren’t as strong in flavor. Good luck with your blog, it looks great!
