This New Years Eve, we enjoyed an amazing dining experience at Los Tucanes Restaurant at the Tabacon Resort in La Fortuna, Costa Rica. Each course was inspired and delicious and the service was exceptional. Over the span of the eight course dinner we grew to love our waiter, Gabriel, whose personable service made the experience even more memorable.
