Blueberry, Pecan, Cornflake Bars

If you grew up eating sweet, sticky rice crispy treats in your school lunch box, these bars will bring back all sorts of childhood memories. They’re a unique take on the classic bar because they’re made with cornflakes instead of rice crispies, giving them more texture and chew. A handful of toasted pecans and dried blueberries add flavor and give this classic treat a grown up twist.
